Companies are spending over $1.7 trillion on digital transformation in 2019. Study after study shows that digital transformation projects have a sky-high rate of failure — as much as 70% in many cases. Companies embark on digital transformation journeys to solve business problems, but as a result, new challenges arise which also need to be solved around managing IT complexity, operational challenges and enhancing the customer experience.
